Stop Doorbell Stalking.org

With power comes responsibility.  Our government has laws to protect society from acts that are unethical, that impede rights of others, that cause harm and suffering from negligence.  Where are the laws to limit unbridled use of personal surveillance?

Our modern technology has advanced far beyond the ethics, morals or consciousness of humanity, many of us feel like victims, living life under the crushing duress of surveillance pointing at our private residences, which are last bastion of privacy in a world of surveillance.

This site is under development, please check back and remember to contact your legislators to demand ordinances to make pointing surveillance (video and audio) outside the boundaries of one’s own private property a crime.  We are not against security devices protecting our own property, we are solely seeking measures that would allow us to live in our homes, free from encroachment by our neighbors.  If someone wants surveillance, let them put themselves under it, 24/7 and live like prisoners, without subjecting the rest of a free society to live under duress, intimidation, fear and loss of privacy and security for their own families.

A person installing surveillance which reaches past the boundaries of their property should be forced into Court to attain a warrant. However, victims of this form of stalking are forced into Court to have it removed with the burden of why or how it is affecting them.  And the financial risk and burden for doing so.  The loss of rights, emotional distress and privacy issues are profound.

Thank you for taking action.

This is a surveillance device in human form.
